The other good news is that we can offer this quality service and not charge all the "junk" fees that some of our competition charges. Make no mistake we are in business to make money but we have also been on the other side of the table and have been taken advantage of. It is not a good feeling. Typically we do not charge points or origination fees unless the customer insists. The only fee other than $17 for a credit report is an underwriting fee charged by the lender (not us) of $550.
